  1. 1. Instal all the files shown below in the same directory:
  2.     (a) SIMHLP.XLS;
  3.     (b) SIMREG.XLS;
  4.     (c) SIMULT.XLS;
  5.     (d) SIMULT.XLA;
  6.     (e) Simultaneous Equations.
  7.     
  8. 2. Double click "Simultaneous Equations" to run. All the other files will
  9.     be opened as required in the workspace.
  10.     
  11. 3. Be patient when running this spreadsheet, especially on a Mac Plus, SE
  12.     or Classic. It will take a while to run, especially if there are more 
  13.     variables in the equation(s).
  14.  
  15. 4. This version will not work in Excel on a PC, since there are a few changes
  16.     required in the macro (add-in).  I will be working on a PC version a little later, if demand justifies the time
  17.     required to do.

  19. 5. This program uses the Excel Solver, so the Solver add-in must be in the
  20.     Excel Startup Folder in the System Folder for this spreadsheet to run. 
  21.     This spreadsheet will only work with Excel version 3.0 and later.
